Alice's Girls - Part three of The Land Girls trilogy

The Land Girls trilogy is set in wartime England and traces the lives of young women who have been called into service to work the farms while most eligible men are away fighting.
I found this book repeated too much of the history and plot of the previous two books. However, I found the three books to be interesting and enjoyable reading.

Having said that I enjoyed it and would recommend it

this is the final in a series of 3 and although I had only read book 2 and 3 (this one) I picked up a lot of the characters and storyline because of repetition. Having said that I enjoyed it and would recommend it.
